History of the space Completely reimagined urban amphitheater located in the sought after Capitol Hill neighborhood. Every square inch of this 100 year old property has been revitalized to create a one of kind urban sanctuary. Beautiful tiered putting greens are intertwined with large open paver patios and over 2000 square feet of IPE wood decks. All of this creates the perfect canvas for any event. Neighborhood details The space is perched above the Madison Valley and provides phenomenal views of downtown Bellevue, the Cascade Mountain range and Mount Ranier on a clear day. Logistics There is enough space for a seated dinner up to 30 people. We can help to coordinate delivery and setup of tables, table clothes, chairs, plates, silverware, serving platters, chafing dishes, etc for any event. We offer full hosted bar packages and gourmet dinner packages on request. There is parking for 20-30 cars available on the street.
