About the Space
Space is ideal for a small to medium sized gathering. Has a built in bar and barbeque area as well as it's own private bathroom. You can enjoy cooking out or just chill and have a drink. Most of the patio is covered so no need to worry about the elements. Rain or shine you will be able to enjoy the space. We can help you with all of the aspects of your event from decorations, to catering, or you can choose to make your own arrangements. We have our preferred vendors, but you are not obligated to use them. 60 Garden Chairs and 10 Large rectangular and 6 small rectangular Tables are included with the price of the rental. We have other tables and chairs avaliable for rental as well, you can see what we offer here in the listing. Any decorations and/or linens would have to be arranged with our preferred vendor or one of your choice. There is no additional costs if you choose to use your own vendors.

We make sure that the space is clean and disinfected after each booking. All areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
