This is a studio space, with a raw industrial feel, @ approx 2000 sqft, located in downtown Toronto (east end). It's an old factory with concrete floors showing decades of paint, white walls (brick, cinderblock, concrete and drywall). There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, plates, glasses and utensils. There's a double washout sink with hot and cold water. There is a stereo system with speakers around the unit. Device plug in available with aux + iPhone lightening adapter. There are many electrical outlets scattered around the unit and easy access to breakers. Some of the lighting can be moved around. Washrooms are down the hall from the unit. All furniture seen in the photos can be moved. Kitchen built-in and not movable. *The space is run by 2 artists/designers with set experience and ability to execute small-scale builds and custom artwork for the production if necessary.
