Located in the heart of Mount Pleasant at Main and 10th, Foundation is the perfect spot to film, shoot or meet. 560 square feet of studio space with a white baby grand piano at its centre. (Use the piano in your project, or have your meeting around it, it's been customized with a counter top and designed to sit around). 125 square feet of out door space exploding with plant life offers a lush green space for you to use. The interior features ultra high ceilings, a chef's kitchen and low maintenece concrete floors, complete with a small office/prep room, full bath and lit closet with vanity. Foundation is on the ground floor, so no elevators or stairs to access. Lunch couldn't be closer with Ignite Pizzeria in the building and Thierry Chocolates, Superbaba and Budgies Burritos steps away. Office desk and wifi included. Enjoy Foundation!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
