About the Space

The space is available for daily rental and consists of all rooms located on the 2 lower levels of the home and luxury bathroom. The basement is unfinished so acts as a blank canvas for those simply looking for space, but the main level is open, well-lit and, offers many areas for photographers to shoot, or even for short films/commercials. All spaces on the main level are well-lit with large floor to ceiling windows, all finishings clean and new, beautiful hardwood flooring, and soft delicate colors throughout.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
