About the Space
3,000 square foot northeast light filled artist studio with lots of paintings, paint splatters on the floor, art paraphernalia, easels, work tables etc. A section of the studio is an office and could be used as makeup area. Another area is currently set up as a gym but could be cleared up and used for staging. In general everything can be moved around. The building has 24 hr access, freight elevator and loading dock; WIFI is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
