Gear can be staged on the sideyard behind gate so it's private and discrete. There are 6 doors to access the house, one in the front, one on the side and three in the back, all of which have 1-2 stairs up. The house is on a raised foundation Staging area is available: There are multiple rooms in the house that can be used as a staging area and plenty of staging space in the backyard with easy access to power. Off-limits for shooting: One bedroom in the back of the house is off limits Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
