About the Space
The space has three operational rooms: The main / console room is a fully stocked audio console room with industry standard pre amps, microphones, and computer. It is also stocked with an assortment of instruments: piano, guitar, bass, synthesizers, etc. The live room is about 380 sq ft, full treated for audio, and stocked with instruments and amplifiers if needed. It is an elegant room that can be transformed into a studio of any type: photoshoots, video, audio, etc. The living room is the front room that comes with a fridge and small sectional couch - a space that can be used as a break room, but has been used for film in the past.

Health and Safety Measures
I thoroughly clean each room. First, I use disinfectant wipes on all the furniture, and glass cleaner on all mirrors and windows. Then, I sweep the entire studio, followed by mopping it. During these two procedures, I organized and put everything back in its place. Third, I throw out all trash. Lastly, I spray the entire studio with febreze and light candles to provide a great smell.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
