About the Space
The Outdoor Terrace patio can seat up to 30 people seated, 40 people standing. Setup with 3 tables and 4 umbrellas that can be used for shade. The Terrace is managed by our coworking space, so with the rental you have access to our community café with a separate gated entrance. There are also additional conference rooms for rent, so please feel free to inquire, and we can work with your requirements! We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Our professional staff is ready to help with any preparations for your event and will be on-site in case of any last-minute requests or needed assistance during your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
