Welcome to Our Studio: Your Ideal & Inclusive Event Venue in a Prime Location! 30 White resin chairs & 6 folding tables included in your reservation! + complimentary set up time! Our Studio is a versatile space perfect for: SUITABLE FOR: -Pop ups - Proposals - Birthday - Content creation -Intimate baby & bridal showers -Art Showcases - Workshops (i.e candle & sewing classes) - Socials - Yoga Classes -Girls night - Family Get-togethers - Religious occasions, - Ceremonial events, -Photography sessions. The choice is in your hands! Our indoor area is 510 sq. ft., and the outdoor space is over 600 sq. ft., comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, JBL speaker, professional light, 1 restroom, ground-level access, our white resin chairs, tables and free street parking. Situated in a thriving neighbourhood with easy access to public transit and freeways, our location is unbeatable for convenience. Large scale event minimum 4 hours! Helen was a great host and made booking this space a seamless process! She was always readily available to answer any of my questions, which made this experience so great. The space was better than we imagined, and was perfect for our 25-30 ppl birthday party, with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. I highly recommend this space for your next event!
