About the Space
Our seminar room is ready to accommodate your needs! Common uses of this space include conferences, training classes, seminars, presentations, and group meetings. We welcome continuing education classes (ie. physical and massage therapy). We have tables and chairs that will be at your disposal to be arranged dependent upon your needs. Currently we have 20 chairs available, but all are welcome to bring additional chairs if needed. Room capacity is 40 people with tables and 50 people without tables. A couple of amenities available to you are the sink/coffee area within the seminar room, as well as Wi-Fi connection as needed. We are located in the center of South Hampton Roads with convenient access to all major roadways including I-64 and I-264.

In between bookings, we sanitize all common areas, counter and tabletops, chairs and other surfaces. Cleanliness is very important to us as is the health of our clients. We ask that any outside catering or food waste be taken out after your meetings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
