About the Space
We are a Wellness Centre with a vision to continue building a community hub to educate and empower. We have a large open space to host events, fitness classes and workshops.
With 8 treatment rooms, we also offer private office spaces for practitioners to work out of. We are located in the heart of Brampton in the historic Old Shoe Factory building. The space is not your conventional clinic, rather a warm space where the natural beauty of the exposed brick and historic wood beams facilitate a calming and restorative space.
