About the Space
This house would be great for commercials, music videos, and production. The house is over 5000 square feet with 2400 sqft of usable space, consisting of a large open plan living/ kitchen area as well as a basement space, opening to a tiled courtyard. The master bedroom and children’s bedrooms can be used for commercial/video shoots at the discretion of owners when needed. There is also a modern garage deck with a Miami-style black-and-white theme. The house is located within a few blocks of the Damen Division Blue stop and one block from the restaurant and bars on Division Street. There is free street parking on the block. Some permits can be provided by the host for all other blocks. There is an industrial floating staircase in the middle of the room, so children under 3 are not allowed and waivers can be signed for older children.
50-75 could probably stand comfortably more with the use of basement outdoor space.
