About the Space

Secluded and private five acre estate nestled in the beautiful hills of De Luz in Temecula. Approximately 12,000+ square feet available for events. Enjoy a picturesque scenic backdrop of Chardonnay and Merlot vineyard. A gorgeous place to host any type of party, wedding, or event Note: Weddings are an additional $1,500 flat fee in addition to the hourly rates. Please see the "Add-ons" section and select it. Easy freeway access. 3.5 miles to I-15 freeway at Rancho California Rd. 400 sq. ft. Ramada with fireplace, TV above, surround sound and a large 1,200 sq.ft. extended deck, . BBQ with bar (6 captains bar chairs) and beautiful fire pit with 6 chairs. Connected deck with seating for 18 and more by the pool and quick walk on pathway to more seating. Pool and Jacuzzi. Changing room with full bathroom. Tennis court (day light only). Large grassy area immediately right off of the deck area. Next to deck is a large stone area with a fountain and place for DJ and dancing. If you would like my assistance or my coordination (fee not included), I offer catering, bar tender, flowers, decorations, DJ/live band, photographer, clergy, and shuttle service for large events or weddings. Just let me know what you require, and I can add it to the Add-ons category. I have local vendors that supply tables, chairs, food, and pretty much anything for your party, event, or wedding. I also have vendors for food, tables, photographers, and Florists at very reasonable prices that I can coordinate for any parties. I can customize and add any services to the Add-on section as needed. I offer an affordable space for your event, and I can work within your budget. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
