Intimate Creative Loft Studio with Mission Views

Welcome to our Studio by the Mission. This beautiful creative loft space is perfect for hosting your next event! The space is great for a private party, a bridal/bachelorette party or shower, a baby shower, a creative workshop, a meeting, a classroom, a team building event, dinner party, or paint party. It's ideal for an intimate setting where you can use your creativity to truly make it your own. With wood ceilings, cream walls, and a neutral style, this space has a comforting vibe and provides a welcoming environment for your gathering. It has beautiful wood beams and you may bring in your own custom decorations to personalize any event. Located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, it has a view of the mission and you can hear the mission bells. It has close 5 freeway access and nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, live music, the train station and the historic Los Rios District. There is a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge and coffee maker. Next to that there is a side room and is an ideal place to set up food and drinks, party favors etc.. You're welcome to bring in food or have your event catered. If you'd like to have someone assist you with serving food for your guests, taking photos, or just be there as a helping hand, please ask me about adding on a studio manager to your booking. The long table in the main room is actually two tables put together so they can be moved around as needed. That table seats 10 people and the other table seats 8. An additional small table can be brought in for groups of 20. If you need to rent table cloths you can choose that as an add-on during check out. The studio also comes with 20 wooden padded chairs and 4 white metal stools. There is a private bathroom downstairs. You can customize your event by choosing a creative workshop experience in the Add-Ons section. The space features: - Entry room with an aqua mid-century style velvet sofa - Kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and coffee maker - Adjacent room ideal for serving food and drinks or as a prep station, or even work space. - Main room with wood ceilings. Seating for 18 (or 20 with additional small table) - Adjustable lighting with dimmer - TV - Bluetooth Speaker Includes: heating and air conditioning and free parking.
