About the Space
We offer you a newly furnished semi-detached house with a jetty, associated boat, jet ski directly on Berlin's Tegler See for the film shoot. The living room has a TV wall with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The bedroom is also very modern with a walk in modern dressing room which opens and closes with a black sliding glass door. Our designer bathroom has black bathroom elements (bathtub, toilet, sink) with copper fittings. There is a large children's room at the top and we offer a modern guest room. Utility room is also available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
