This industrial loft space has different rooms for different projects. Perfect for Content creators, workshops , podcast, classes, photo shoots, paint and sip, poetry reading, or art exhibits, media co office space and even for private intimate dinners . Holds up to 25 -30 people sitting and 40 people standing in our middle room. We have a unique retro kitchen area. and even a working recording studio. We’re in the heart of Astoria NYC

Depending on booking, all garbage must be put in our garbage bags which we provide on premise but everything must be left the same way that it was given to you. clean There is a security deposit and if the place is not left the same way, we give it to you we will keep that fee
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
