The Talcy Home offers flexible rental options, with a minimum booking period of 3 hours and a maximum of 14 hours, any time between 8 am and 10 pm, seven days a week. As you enjoy your time at The Talcy Home, please note that the owners reside on the premises. While they might be present during the day of your booking, they will give you all the privacy you need and will be more than pleased to assist you and ensure your needs are met for a seamless experience. Please Note: - A site rep fee of 200/per day may be charged at booking on a case-by-case basis. - Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the package purchased and the type of activity. - Your privacy is important to us; therefore, there's only one security camera at the entrance door of the house. - We offer add-ons to enhance your experience, including access to the large unfinished basement, the garage, and the master bedroom's walk-in closet. - A minimum of 2 days notice is required for booking - A certificate of insurance for the day To help you make the most of your stay, we will also provide a Manual containing essential instructions and rules at the time of booking.
