Descend into the lower level and be greeted by a beautifully designed basement featuring a fully-equipped bar area, two spacious seating zones with a large smart TV, and a versatile pool table, doubling as a ping pong arena for your enjoyment. It's the perfect space to unwind and network with your team or clients. As you venture outdoors, you'll find the recently renovated backyard, a true oasis of relaxation and fun. Amidst the lush artificial grass, you can enjoy a small golf court area or bask in the luxury of the built-in jacuzzi - a delightful way to rejuvenate after a productive day. Available to you through spring, summer, and fall, the backyard also boasts three distinct seating areas, offering ample room for networking and conversations. With a podium at its left corner, you can impress your guests with a small band, house a professional outdoor presentation with a guest speaker. And for those who appreciate a good BBQ, our built-in grill area is at your disposal. The Talcy Home offers flexible rental options, with a minimum booking period of 3 hours and a maximum of 14 hours, any time between 8 am and 10 pm, seven days a week. We understand that convenience is key, and that's why we've made our home accessible to you whenever you need it. As you enjoy your time at The Talcy Home, please note that the owners reside on the premises. While they might be present during the day of your booking, they will give you all the privacy you need and will be more than pleased to assist you and ensure your needs are met for a seamless experience. Please Note: - A site rep fee of 200/per day may be charged at booking on a case-by-case basis. - Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the package purchased and the type of activity. - Your privacy is important to us; therefore, there's only one security camera at the entrance door of the house. - We offer add-ons to enhance your experience, including access to the large unfinished basement, the garage, and the master bedroom's walk-in closet. - A minimum of 2 days notice is required for booking - A certificate of insurance for the day To help you make the most of your stay, we will also provide a Manual containing essential instructions and rules at the time of booking. Health and Safety Measures

Before every booking we do the following - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
