This space is equipped with: - 2 HUGE North-facing windows - Dark wood flooring & red brick - One bed set - Multiple couches & other furniture - One light pink textured accent wall & two all white walls (one of the white walls is subject to change depending on renter feedback) - A designated hair and makeup station - A small changing area (bathroom is located in the hallway and is shared with one other studio) - A coffee bar - A full paper backdrop system with multiple colors available (and many more to come) ALL of our studios will have the following available for additional fees: - Access to our full client closet, well over 100 pieces featuring sizes XXS-4X. With items primarily for boudoir, maternity, & newborn, but also many pieces that could be used for glamour or creative shoots. - Access to our extensive props closet. Including various lights, florals, newborn posing props, chairs/stools, etc. - Blackout curtains available - Access to some of our studio equipment: lights, reflectors, v-flats. - An on-staff HMUA available to any renters - We also have extra memory cards & batteries on hand available for emergencies We’re aiming to be a fully-equipped studio. No matter what style you’re shooting or what your subject is, you can show up with just your client and your camera and be ready to create! These studios are available for rental 7 days a week 9 am - 8 pm. Hourly rentals are priced ranging from $65-$90/hr depending on the day & time. *slight discounts available for full-day rentals
