My space is good for podcasting , photo shoots. We do a lot of music recording sessions . It is a multi service space . We do production sessions with writers and create music . We also have art sessions with painters , we host small gatherings for listening sessions for release of artist albums and content

We keep a clean atmosphere for all our guest to be as comfortable as they can be . Bathrooms are accessible and cleaned daily and so are the rooms
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
