The space * Living Room: - Living room features soaring high ceilings - Large comfortable couch * Primary bedroom: - King bed - En suite bath with double sink shower/bathtub - Sliding door to semi-private hot tub patio - Dedicated workspace/ desk * Western bedroom: - King bed * Studio room: - Daybed - Queen Tri-fold memory foam mattress - 70” "Smart" TV (Hulu, Netflix etc) *Kitchen, "Fully Stocked": - Pots and pans for large meals - Dishes for 10+ - Flatware and Serving Spoons - Large Salad Bowls - Serving Ware - Full set of plastic dishes for outdoor dining - Glasses: Wine, Juice etc. - Cookie Sheets - Cutting Boards - Cheese Grater - Blender - Toaster & Toaster Over - French Press - Coffee Maker - Moka - Kettle - Electric Hand Mixer Our expansive, beautiful desert landscaped yard features a concrete circle fire pit seating area for your outdoor gathering. Covered front porch with seating area. Other things to note: IMPORTANT: - Booking Guest must be 25 or older. - 8 people maximum allowed on the premises at any time without prior permission. - 4 cars maximum can be parked in the driveway on site per city law.

    Health and Safety Measures

    All personal property and equipment, including all food items in refrigerator, must not be left behind. Put trash outside and proper bins outdoors. A licensed cleaner comes after your visit to properly clean and disinfect for next visit.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
