This xx square foot photo studio features a main shooting space of xx by xx with 12 foot ceilings, as well as a full working kitchen, space for client seating, coffee nook, free wifi, and 2 bathrooms (one is ADA compliant). Easy first floor access and a side door for loading and unloading. Plenty of parking is available onsite, and more can be arranged with advance notice. There is a quick service cafe next door for easy lunch or dinner access, and several restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We are not far from major highways, and less than a 10 minute walk from the Metra station. The kitchen includes: - 2 refrigerators (no ice maker) - separate chest freezer - small double oven with electric cooktop - microwave - pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, tongs - large island work surface Some photo equipment may be available for use during your stay, including light stands, c-stands, booms, extension cords, tables, folding chairs, etc. If you need to borrow any equipment, please just let us know! Half day (4 hour) rentals are $500, full day rental (8 hours) is $800. There is an additional fee of $100 per hour after 8 hours, with a maximum of 14 hours. Please note - we do not recommend shooting sound in this space, as we are directly across from train tracks and the building is not soundproof.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
