Preparation: Before your arrival, our cleaning team prepares the penthouse by removing any previous guest items, ensuring all surfaces are clear and ready for use. Surface Cleaning: Our team meticulously cleans all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and appliances, using industry-standard cleaning products. Floor Care: All floors are thoroughly mopped to remove dirt, dust, and allergens. Bathroom Sanitization: Bathrooms are scrubbed and disinfected. Air Quality: We ensure proper ventilation to maintain fresh air circulation. Air conditioning and heating systems are cleaned and maintained regularly. Kitchen Care: The kitchen area is extensively cleaned, including appliances, utensils, and cookware. Deep Cleaning: Bi-weekly, we perform deep-cleaning sessions that include tasks such as window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and thorough inspection of the entire space. Guest Transition: Between guests, our team conducts a comprehensive inspection to ensure that the penthouse meets our cleanliness standards and is ready for your arrival.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
