Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
TPC has put in place a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. We conduct frequent and thorough sanitization of all surfaces, with increased frequency of cleaning in high-touch areas. We have also increased the amount of readily available sanitization and soap products to our staff and clients. Sanitation stations have also been placed at every entrance and meeting room.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
