About the Space
A very large studio (43' x 35') available with sprung Marley dance floors, mirrors, barres, sound system, TV, and a piano. Lots of natural light from windows and skylights. Great for dance, theatre, or photography and has been in the arts community for decades! Could be used for events and meetings as well. We are a lighting and sound company so if you need any special lights or sound equipment and a technician to run them, we've got you covered! Absolutely no food or drink allowed. Water only. **Please note: The space is upstairs with no elevator**

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
