This space has five open-spaced rooms to use as your palette for almost any project. The sunroom, with plentiful natural light, provides a perfect spot for capturing radiant images filled with natural light. The air hockey table provides a perfect space for competitive juices and a super fun vibe for your shoot. The cozy yet spacious living room with turquoise accents provides a space to make your own for moments of kicking back or whatever ideas you have. And there's more... Layout: The open dining area features a table, chairs, and bay windows ideal for casual moments and conversation. It adjoins a large great room with a slanted vaulted ceiling and an eye-catching dark red accent wall—great for any backdrop you can dream up. The rooms flow smoothly while still providing a private feel. Optional Amenity Upgrade: For photo/video shoots, optional backdrops (white & grey canvas panels on stands), umbrella lighting, teleprompter, and tripod are available to elevate your productions.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
