All rooms are exceptionally spacious and suitable for filming movies, commercials, documentary interviews, staging furniture and magazine photoshoots. Kitchen is modern and very large. Current décor contains elements of the 70's and 80's. There are 2 large working fireplaces and an expansive, well maintained yard and slate patio with flower gardens. The home is on 1.5 acres atop a hill adjacent to Indian Ridge Country Club, and is 1.5 miles from Phillips Academy, and historic downtown Andover. 25 min to Boston and 7 min to Lawrence Municipal Airport, the property is also accessible via the Haverhill line of the Boston commuter rail. To date we have hosted short film productions, interviews for several documentaries, and 2 social media productions. References available.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
