About Momentum Studios

Welcome to Momentum Studio—the ideal environment for your next creative project! Located just outside Winter Park, only 6 miles from Full Sail, our space is designed to spark creativity and provide flexibility. With huge windows that flood the space with natural light, and a variety of props, you can easily move things around to create your own personalized sets. The studio features a spacious concrete loft with raw edges and textured elements, offering a minimalist aesthetic that feels authentic and inspiring—like working on a blank canvas with character. INCLUDE -Free Wifi - Suede couch - stool -Huge standing mirror + free standing backdrop -Bluetooth speaker -Central AC and heating -Industrial, metal spiral -Small handheld steamer -Large Clothing Rack -All Props PLEASE NO LOUD MUSIC during M-T 8-5pm There are offices in the building. Please Bring your own lighting equipment. PLEASE RETURN SPACE SAME SET. 150$ cleaning fee will be added.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
