About the Space
This is a very spacious and beautiful conference room with seating for 18. Additional chairs can be provided if needed. The space is also equipped with a dry-erase whiteboard, markers, and a pull-down projection screen. Can provide projector and sound equipment if requested. There is a sink and countertop area perfect for hosting an event with food and beverages. Catering can also be provided as well as snacks and beverages. There are large windows for natural light or close-up blinds for a darker room. The location is a very convenient location right by 680, 880, and 237. There are tons of great restaurants, and supermarkets close by. Very easy access and a ton of free parking is available. We are very flexible and accommodating, so please don't hesitate to ask if there are any special requests. Thank you so much and looking forward to hosting your event.

We have a daily janitor that comes by to wipe down all surfaces, vacuum, and take out the garbage. We also provide cleaning wipes, and hand sanitizers upon request. If you have any special requests for cleaning please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
