Restock Refreshments: I After Each Use: Clear Table and Surfaces: After each meeting, clear the table of any papers, cups, or leftover items. Wipe Down Surfaces: Use disinfectant wipes to clean the table, chairs, and any other surfaces that were used during the meeting. Check AV Equipment: Reset Supplies: Make sure all supplies are back in their designated spots and ready for the next meeting. Weekly or Periodic Maintenance: Deep Cleaning: Conduct a more thorough cleaning at least once a week. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
