Stylish 1890's Victorian house centrally located a 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown.
Moody design with a warm cozy feel.
House has a Chef's kitchen for hosting dinner parties. Dining room table seats 6 but we can bring in extra tables and chairs. Open concept for living room and dining room.
3 bedrooms-2 rooms with queen beds & 1 with a queen bed & a twin bed.
2 beautiful bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has shower to die for with a huge skylight!
Located in the heart of downtown Nevada City right across the street from the Nevada City United Methodist church

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
