LI Tropical Oasis back yard space and garden

Private backyard garden is available for photo shoots, filming , workout groups, short ceremonies and small gatherings. The back yard is completely fenced and private . The landscape to one side features large evergreens, wide grassy space suitable for individuals looking for park like scenery. Beautiful tropical flowers line the walkway leading a 16 ft X 12 ft raised brick paved patio and enhanced by wrought iron fencing. Sliding patio doors lead inside the home to dining and kitchen area. The center of the back yard features a 50 x 20 ft open cement area with large potted tropical plants. This area can be used for seating , props , dancing, workouts. There are electrical outlets on the outside of the home. Outdoor and security lighting on the home exterior, hard wired patio lights as well as solar lighting in the flower beds and along the pathways. There is a barbecue station to one side. Existing patio and yard furniture can be relocated as necessary.
