About the Space
1200 sq ft Modern Farmhouse style event space complete with full kitchen and bathroom. 45ft covered front porch deck. Can be configured for up to 40 people, round tables, rectangle tables, or boardroom style for meetings. Tables can be omitted for events that do not require them. Perfect for parties, board meetings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays (we do not host children’s parties), showers, fundraisers, etc. State of the art commercial sound system is available at an additional price for audio (must be requested in advance at booking), wifi enabled. A refundable deposit of $500 is charged separately from Peerspace and payable via Venmo or ACH to owner if alcohol is consumed. This will be returned within 48 hours of the event after inspection for damages. The room is filmed prior to each event and there are cameras in the main room. The rental time you request includes set up and tear down so please ensure to add time in your request before your event starts if you need to arrive before the event time.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
