    Get your team out of the office and into a space built for clear thinking. The DreamLounge at DM Ranch is a private 1,200 sq ft modern-farmhouse lodge on a quiet ranch just east of McKinney: soaring wood-truss ceilings, black-framed glass garage doors that open to a 45-foot covered porch, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a full kitchen your group is welcome to use. BUILT FOR: leadership team days, strategic planning, board meetings, trainings, church staff retreats, and corporate gatherings of up to 40 seated. LAYOUTS: rounds or theatre for up to 40, classroom for 24, boardroom for 20. Tell us your agenda and we'll have the room set before you arrive. INCLUDED WITH MEETING BOOKINGS: exclusive use of the lodge and porch, tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea/water, setup and cleanup, and free on-site parking. FOOD & DRINK: In-house catering is available, or bring your own food, use the full kitchen, or bring an outside caterer. Beer, wine, and cocktails are welcome for guests 21+. Breakfast or catered lunch can be added. Two private cabins, each with a king bed, are available for overnight stays at $150 per night. Open Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; closed Sunday. Church staff and ministry rates are available; please inquire.     Lodge is completely cleaned and disinfected between each booking.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
