The space is a Private Gated Estate. Once vacation home to a wealthy Portland, Oregon tycoon, this home was built for entertaining and boasting success. This grand space is both elegant and welcoming with all modern conveniences. Everything is large scale from 8' high door to the 10 ceilings. Six bedrooms easily sleeps 14 overnight guests. Dining table comfortably seats 12. All bedrooms are upstairs allowing the ballroom, kitchen and dining to remain open for retreats, weddings and reunions while allowing privacy for guests. The manor home with the exception of necessary technology for excellent climate control has remained original, making this home a perfect backdrop for a movie set in the early 1900's. Between guests the entire home is professionally cleaned. All surfaces are wiped and floors vacuumed and mopped.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
