Space includes large multi-use room that has podcast, live stream, tabletop, and talking head/interview capabilities. Green room with complimentary water and snacks for you clients. Large production office is available and includes 300mb up and down WiFi. Warehouse studio available for green screen, photo, and tabletop work. Production equipment including lighting, podcast recording, grip/electric, streaming, production monitors, and cameras are available as ala carte items. Multiple backdrops available for podcast room.

Space is cleaned after every production using certified Covid cleaning products.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
