This fabulous newly-remodeled waterfront home has spectacular views, shady lawns, sunny pier, breezy open spaces, sparkling views, & wildlife! A fun, relaxing, serene retreat. Couples & groups love our wonderful, hidden, nature-filled spot on the WEST shore of the Chesapeake (close to D.C., Annapolis, Baltimore)! 6-7 bedrm 4-ba on a lush, waterfront point. Crabbing, water, kayaks, fire pit on two country-like acres. The Flat named top Airbnb in MD by TRAVEL + LEISURE magazine.
We do not host weddings, parties, or large celebrations, however the space is a beautiful fit for retreats, team-building getaways, trainings, and workshops.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
