About the Space
a 30 acre Farm that is perfect for country and rustic events, including weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, and other gatherings. We can accommodate up to about 150 people (for small over nights of 1-3 people, please see our Peacock More Than Tiny Guest House listing). Lawns, fields, and barns come together to create the perfect backdrop for your event, with plenty of space to configure your tents, dance floors, and other activities. Food trucks are welcome, as is your band or DJ. Camping works very well here - we have tents we can set up, or you can bring your own. Fancy a game of Capture the Flag? This is THE space for it! Gather around the fire pit or under and elegant tent and dance the night away - or gaze at the stars far from city lights. Please note that the "space" you can book refers only to typical tent size - the farm is yours for the duration of the rental, minus the farm house, which is our private residence.

Most spaces are outdoors. We clean all high touch areas and thoroughly clean overnight quarters between guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
