About the Space
Open concept space has a modern feel with a farm house charm. Plenty of natural light. The space boasts a large live edge black walnut dining table adjacent to an open kitchen with Wine/Coffee Bar. In the rear of the home, a 14 x 19 den with cathedral ceilings. This space can be the backdrop for photo shoots, interviews, TV commercial or film shoots. There is a 1/2 bath in the living space. Out back, a cozy covered outdoor living room. The house is approximately 1,300 square feet, of which 650 square feet can be available for your use. (that number doesn't include the outdoor living room area). In a single day, production staff could easily capture indoor shots in three different rooms and an outdoor shoot if weather allows. If the space is needed for multiple days, equipment can be stored, or left setup overnight for convenience.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned weekly including vacuuming, washing the floors, and wiping the surfaces. On a normal basis, shoes are removed at the door.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
