About SMP Creative Studio
***HOLIDAY SETS WILL BE IN STUDIO OCT 25TH - DEC 14TH*** Welcome to our Natural Light Studio with Lake Views! This is a rental studio, perfect for photography, videography, and other content creators. We have a light and airy set, as well as a dark & moody set. We also have a motorized backdrop system with a variety of colors available. In addition to these common areas, we have a hair/makeup area in the back, as well as a restroom and water fountains. By far, the most unique feature is the incredible amount of natural light in the space. It is surrounded by large windows on three walls, which offer ample lighting and lake views. Also, since we're located on the second floor, there's a bit more privacy. PLEASE NOTE: Weekday and Weekend rates are different. If you see a difference in the hourly rate between the search results and your booking, this is why.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We do basic cleaning of the studio in between bookings, but guests are also required to respect the space and leave it as they found it. For deeper cleans, we hire Molly Maids, who are conveniently located next door.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
