Our home is a newly built modern luxury estate and premium production location that has hosted campaigns and productions for brands including Neutrogena, Rugs USA, Clean Skin Club, Aroma360, Tighemi Home, Print Fresh, Vitality Swim, Cointreau, and Purity Vodka, along with many influencers, models, and creative teams (movie productions and podcasts). This natural light photoshoot location features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and was designed with warm neutrals, natural textures, and high-end finishes that photograph beautifully for brand campaigns, fashion shoots, and content creation. The large, open common areas make the home especially production-friendly, offering plenty of room for lighting, production equipment, and even a full backdrop setup, allowing teams to capture studio-style photography and lifestyle content all in one location. The home is flooded with natural light thanks to oversized sliding glass doors and eyebrow windows above the soaring ceilings in the living and dining areas. Each bathroom features distinctive tiles and textures, offering multiple visually unique backdrops throughout the home. Outside, lush landscaping surrounds the covered terrace and pool, creating a private resort-style setting perfect for outdoor shoots.
