About the Space
The basement is big enough for 6 people to live. There are 3 rooms in the basement. The bathroom is shared. The kitchen and living room are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, wine glasses provided. The backyard is huge enough to play soccer. There is a trampoline for children. Hot Tub, firepit, and BBQ for a party night. We have a swing and outdoor seating area.

The place is cleaned immediately after every booking. Disinfecting everything is also taken care of.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
