Our cleaning process between bookings is designed to ensure the highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for our guests. Here's a detailed description of our cleaning process: Preparation: Before we begin the cleaning process, our cleaning team gathers all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths, disposable gloves, and personal protective equipment (PPE). High-Touch Surfaces: Our team starts by disinfecting all high-touch surfaces thoroughly. This includes doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, faucets, and any other frequently touched items. Cleaning and Sanitizing: We systematically clean and sanitize all areas of the space, starting from one end and working our way to the other. This includes: Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture. Sweeping and mopping floors, including any rugs or carpets. Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and bathroom areas, including sinks, appliances, and toilet bowls. Wiping down all electronics, such as TVs, speakers, and charging stations. Cleaning and disinfecting all kitchen utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Bedding and Linens: If applicable, we replace all bedding and linens with freshly laundered and sanitized items. Our laundry process includes washing with hot water and a disinfecting detergent. Trash Disposal: We empty all trash bins and replace liners with fresh ones. Restocking: We check and restock essential supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products, ensuring that guests have everything they need for their stay. Final Inspection: Once the cleaning process is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that all areas have been properly cleaned and sanitized.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
