Welcome to our brand new, tastefully decorated property...centrally located and perfect whether you are here for filming, a conference, a business trip or you're on vacation! Being just 5 minutes from LAX Airport, the 405 Freeway, Sofi Stadium and The Forum is incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, having easy access to iconic destinations like Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood and Beverly Hills as well as Disneyland and Universal Studios means guests can explore a wide range of places during their stay! Our property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. There is also an exterior patio area that can be used for a variety of purposes. Please note that this unit is the back unit on the property. There is also a front unit at the end of the driveway. The property will be delivered in pristine condition. If this location will be used for filming it is crucial that the property be treated with respect and delivered back to us in the same condition as it was prior to your arrival. The property has a smart-lock on the door (meaning no keys are required)! Fast wi-fi internet and climate control can be found in each room so every guest can set the temperature according to their own individual preferences and comfort. AIRCRAFT NOISE: The property is close to the LAX landing path. However, the property has double-paned windows which block out most of the noise. When parking please come all the way up to the garage door and park in front of it. Do not park in the driveway or block it at any time. We want to make sure guests staying in either the front or the back unit can come and go at their own convenience and without any difficulty.

We take hygiene seriously. Once a client has left the property we bring in a professional cleaning service to do a proper cleaning of the entire unit. We will always do this in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
