Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment is required to secure the booking. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Use of Studio: The studio must be used for photography/videography purposes only. The renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition it was found. Any damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the renter. Equipment and Furniture: Handle all equipment and furniture with care. Return all equipment and furniture to their original places after use. Inform the studio manager immediately in case of any damage or malfunction. Safety and Conduct: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the studio. Maintain a professional and respectful conduct at all times. No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed inside the studio. Time Allocation: The rental time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments. Liability: The renter is liable for any injury or damage occurring during the rental period. [Your Studio Name] is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Food and Drink: Only light refreshments are allowed. All trash must be disposed of in the provided bins. Pets and Animals: Pets and animals are only allowed with prior approval. The renter is responsible for any damage or injury caused by pets or animals. Noise Level: Maintain a reasonable noise level so as not to disturb neighboring businesses or residents. No loud music or sound is allowed without prior approval. Miscellaneous: The studio’s Wi-Fi is available for light browsing only; no heavy downloads or uploads. The renter must sign a rental agreement before using the studio.
