Activities that work well in the space include- small to medium weddings, or celebrations of any kind (maximum of 80 people), pickleball games/tournaments, picnics/barbecues, and camping trips into the 14 acres of owned land adjacent to Morven Park with lush forest. The layout of the space is comprised of 4 main areas- 1. A main barn that has been completely repurposed into an elegant space for parties that has an indoor chimney, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a bar. 2. An auxiliary barn attached to a 175 sq. ft. deck with comfortable seating and a pickleball court that can also instead be used for additional parking if needed. (The barns are within ~50 feet of each other, and are about ~100 feet from the home on the property.) 3. On the side closest to the home there is a 200 sq. ft. brick patio with an outdoor chimney and comfortable seating. 4. Around the back of the home there is a 600 sq. ft. wooden deck that leads down into a 1000 sq. ft. brick patio with a fire pit and more comfortable seating. (All areas can be fully illuminated and are interconnected with stone or concrete paths.)

A licensed professional cleaning company is hired after every booking to ensure the proper sanitization of every single area.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
