Massive and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 48" gas range and china service for 12. outdoor features include a heated pool with swim up bar, tanning ledge and water slide as well as hot tub, multi sport court, dining space, TV and 8 foot privacy fence. The front of the house has 2 patios with comfortable seating space, privacy with trees surrounding, and park views. The entire primary home, but not a detached space above the garage, is available for use. Equipment and props can be left set up overnight during multiple day shoots.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
