About the Space
Features and ambience: -Perfect for use as a photo studio or event space to provide an indoor garden setting. -The space also works equally well as a meeting or conference area for small teams, providing a relaxing atmosphere and an integrated kitchen and bathroom. - 17 foot high floor to ceiling windows that provide ample natural light as well as blackout curtains. -Multitude of plants, wood, plantation shutters and furniture working together to create a tropical garden vibe. -Fully equipped bar cart (liquor excluded) -Working indoor fountain can be used to create a gentle ambient sound -Industrial vintage decor and unique industrial style lightning fixtures -Warm high end lounge like lighting -85 inch TV with Yamaha 5.1 audio system, which when coupled with the acoustics of the space, makes for great audio. -Dimmable Alexa/WiFi controlled lighting -Facebook portal device (mounted on 85 inch TV ), which can be used for Zoom and Facebook video calling through the TV. -TV can be used as a large monitor -Changing room: The parlor in addition to serving as an extra set location, has its own curtains to separate it from the main room with a full length mirror. -2 Strobe lights with a radio trigger, softbox and backdrop stand with a white backdrop is also available. -Kitchen is equipped with microwave, air fryer, range and toaster. -There are a variety of seating options so many can find their own unique perch (8-10) people. -Parlor is also dividable through the use of internal curtains, that allows for a separate space to break out. -------Please note upstairs (bedroom) access is an add on------ This area is about 250 Sq. Ft and includes a landing and main bedroom area. The base booking rate does not include access to this, please select as an add-on if you would like some more space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
