Welcome to The Victorian Blue in Westchester, New York! This charming home in Fleetwood, NY, just a 25-minute drive from NYC, offers a delightful blend of vintage character and modern comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom with original high ceiling windows, relax in the cozy living room with crown moldings, and dine under a unique chandelier in the dining room. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Sunroom by the main entrance, ample living room, dining room that sits 12, fully equipped kitchen and a mudroom that leads to the side entrance. Please note: Access excludes the basement and garage, reserved for storage. Activities that work best in our house: Filming/Photo with small crews (max 20 people) Business meetings Family/friends reunions Enjoy the friendly, walkable neighborhood in Fleetwood, Mount Vernon, with a small park right in front of the house. We have a professional cleaner whom cleans and desinfecta the house after every guest checks out. They clean all reas of the house and wash towels, linens etc.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
