PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Welcome to our bright, minimalistic, east-facing studio in Downtown Vancouver—a cozy, well-equipped haven perfect for photographers, artists, and creatives alike! Backdrop & Sofa Availability: Studio Highlights: The main area is flooded with natural light, complemented by artificial continuous video lights and speed lights—ideal for professional photography and content creation. Included Amenities: Stylish sofa Wassily chair & Chair #2 White and black paper backdrops (Note: backdrops roll down on the floor to step on it with additional fee only!) Mirror Lighting: 1 GVM RGB LED Video Light, 2 800D Studio Lights included at NO extra cost Steamer Additional Options: Rolling a backdrop on the floor (up to 1.5m): $20 Please message us for our current backdrop colour selection. Flash Strobe Light (maximum amount - 2) - $30 per 1 for the whole time of your rent. General Studio Rules: Pets are not allowed Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited Security Information: For everyone’s safety, our studio has a 24/7 security camera positioned to monitor the main shooting area. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
