Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each event, our dedicated team conducts a comprehensive post-event cleaning and inspection process. This includes a thorough surface wipe-down and a meticulous assessment of the walls. Our commitment to cleanliness extends to the floors, which undergo a two-step cleaning procedure involving vacuuming and mopping, followed by a final step of steam mopping for added sanitation. In addition to the aforementioned procedures, we also ensure the thorough sanitization of our bar area, washroom facilities, and any other high-touch objects using Lysol disinfectant, guaranteeing a comprehensive and hygienic environment for our patrons.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
